Authorization
You may only request scans against targets you own or are explicitly authorized to test. By submitting a request you warrant that you have full authority to permit the testing described. Unauthorized requests will be rejected.
Scope
Each engagement is scoped to the target and tier you selected. Scans are non-destructive: we do not intentionally modify data, exhaust resources, or degrade availability. We reserve the right to pause a scan if we detect unexpected production impact.
Deliverables
You will receive a report within the turnaround window listed for your tier. Retest windows (where applicable) begin from the date of delivery.
Liability
We provide the service with reasonable care but without warranty. You remain responsible for validating findings and applying remediation in your environment. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement.
